Hello & Happy Sweet Sketch Wednesday!

This is a very happy Wednesday for me. I finished work yesterday for 8 whole weeks!! My youngest daughter finishes school today at mid-day. My older daughter has already left Primary school and I am soooooooo looking forward to spending the summer hols with them 

(poor hubby will get a day or two off here & there) 

Lara was away on a school trip last week to the Isle of man, a wee island that sits in the middle of the Irish Sea Between Ireland & the UK. She was away from last Wednesday until Sunday morning. We missed her terribly, especially her little sister. Of course Lara had a blast, they went Orienteering, wall climbing, gorge walking, kayaking, they built rafts, abseiled down a 50ft tree & so much more. When she came home on Sunday morning she was exhausted & in need of a hot bath!! and although we really missed her I'm so happy she had the confidence to be away from home, such a fantastic experience for her.

Anyway on to this weeks challenge.

Hello!

Just a quick post today..I needed a few cards recently. One for a friend I work with who is leaving & a retirement card. 

I used Waltzingmouse Dainty Dollies for both cards. I did both cards the same only in different colours & different sentiments.

Here's the 1st one in blue....

Sweet Sketch Wednesday 107 & Amber Ink....

Good Morning!

It's Sweet Sketch Wednesday time again (doesn't time fly)

My eldest daughter left Primary School last week. I can't believe how quickly that time has gone by.

They finished school with a Leaving Ceremony, it was lovely. Lara & a few others played a

lovely piece on their clarinets. I had a big lump in my throat, she really did us proud. The school choir also sang for us & at the end 96 P7 pupils entertained us with a wee melody of dances to songs that where probably hits way before any of them were born lol!
