PTI over the rainbow (I keep bursting into song)

Today's PTI challenge was to create a card using these four colours, so here is my effort. 
It's not what I set out to make, my 1st idea looked better in my head lol.

    This card is so unique, and it almost looks like Cupid's arrow has hit the target!
