Good Morning!
Another week has passed to quickly. Our summer hols are almost at an end here in N.Ireland. My eldest daughter Lara starts Grammar school on Friday! I'm so nervous for her, it's such a big step from Primary school. My youngest Becky returns to school on Tuesday & I return to work. I have had a fab 8 weeks at home with my little ladies ( poor hubby only had 1 week off ) but I'm looking forward to getting back into routine, we have been having to many late bedtimes & late lazy mornings.

Ok I'm trying this again..it's my second attempt so if you get a partial comment from me, ignore it!! Anyway....as I was saying - I have a card swap with my friends coming up to make a Fall/Halloween card and not use traditional colors. I think with the purple it would fit perfectly into the theme! I just love this, and all of the tiny bits of sparkle you added as well!

Hi Genevieve, I love your card and I know how much you love Halloween. Your colours are really pretty and I do love your added embellishments. Don't worry about Lara she will be fine she'll love her new school once she settles in. Liam turns 12 on Saturday and of course he's away at boarding school but there isn't a day that goes by that I don't worry about him. That's what us mothers do.

Genevieve, I am the worst at Halloween cards, so yours is such an inspiration! She is adorable and of course I love the purples. Beautiful design. I hope your children's school year goes well and getting back to work is great for you as well. I too, do much better with some schedule. Have a great weekend.
