Wow! What a week!

Can't believe its Thursday already. 

My youngest daughter Becky who is 6 ended up in hospital on monday eve. 

She had been sick from saturday, I thought she just had a 24 hour bug but when it didn't pass I got her to the GP, who told me she was fine just a virus. A few hours later she was sent to the Children's hospital where they discovered she was very dehydrated and her blood sugar levels were way to low so they admitted her.  To cut a long story short, she was on a drip for a 16 very long hours & started keeping fluids down & her blood sugar came back up to the normal level so she was sent home & she is on the mend thank god! 

Scary to see such a wee thing getting needles stuck in anywhere they could find a vein.

Fingers crossed the remaining blood tests come back clear.

On to my card for this weeks CPS sketch. 

Got my sewing machine out for this one, first time I have sewed  a card, it was fun. I used black again, it's my favorite color. The wee stamp belongs to my daughters I thought it was cute.

Hello, hope you are all well. 

Here is my card for this weeks Mojo Monday sketch.  I've missed the last few weeks with the girlies being off school & being away for a few days, so I'm well chuffed I got time to do a card this week. Another great sketch! I love black & white so this was an easy card to make I find I struggle if I try to be adventurous with colours & patterns etc....lol!

Yeah! I got a chance to do the CPS sketch this week & what a cool sketch! I had great fun with this one. 

I was in Edinburgh for a few days last week with my family & we had a ball. It was a two & a half hour journey by car up to Edinburgh when we got off the ferry. Feels longer with a 6 year old asking me every two minutes "are we there yet" lol!  When she was amused for 5 minutes, I googled craft shops in Edinburgh & got directions to a Hobbycraft Superstore Whoo Hoo! We went on the way home & I got a few bits & bobs ;) So I made this card with all the stuff I got in Edinburgh.

Mojo Monday week 82

Hello!

I'm off to Scotland tomorrow with my family for a few days, Can't wait! We have an early start in the morning to catch the Boat but I wanted to make a card & get it posted before I go.

Another fun sketch this week. 

It's my mother in laws birthday on friday, so I made this card with her birthday in mind. This card started off red with a flower on the front lol.

CPS Sketch 109

Hello!

Where has the week gone? Thought I wasn't gonna get time to do the CPS sketch this week but I had an hour this morning so I got busy. 

My daughters finish school tomorrow for 2 weeks & I can't wait! I love having them at home & I love the Easter holidays.

Another great sketch which I really enjoyed doing. Oh yeah, I had fun with the stapler on this one too! lol
